Rasha Awwad is the Founder and Managing Partner of RA&P. In total of 5 years of experience, Rasha Awwad has acquired extensive knowledge of the Jordanian Legal System. She established what have become to be known as Rasha Awwad & Partners. Since then, the firm grew to become a broad-based legal practice, Throughout the years, acting throughout the firm, She has been extensively involved in advising clients, both in the private and public sectors on a variety of matters. Her main fields of expertise include general corporate legal advice, arbitrations, banking and financing, construction, and dispute resolution.

‏Rasha is extensively involved in and currently acts as an arbitrator and legal counsel (acting through RA&P) in construction and commercial arbitration proceedings, under domestic laws and had acted before international forums and rules of arbitration
